About me: Analyst. Founder. Speaker. Artist.

My name is Thomas Gerstmann — founder of darive, keynote speaker, and expert in data-driven marketing. Since late 2024, I’ve been traveling as a digital nomad with my family – a deliberate experiment that sharpens my perspective on people, data, and decision-making every day.

As an artist and photographer – under the name Tom Gerstmann – I document society and people with “objektiv auf unendlich” (set the cameras lens to “infinity”). To be both analyst and artist is for me not a contradiction, but two sides of the same mindset – looking closely, understanding connections, and taking action.

As a Christian, one issue is particularly close to my heart: global hunger and how we can work together to make a difference. Read more about this here in the blog.
